At Born Scum, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is protected and including the packing slip if available.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Paid or Swapped

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
